Policies and Procedures for Aligned & Alchemy Wellness:
Prepayment and Cancellation Policy:
Clients are required to provide a valid credit card to secure their booking.
A 50% prepayment fee will be charged at the time of booking. This amount will be applied towards the total session fee.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the prepayment and/or be charged at the next booking appointment.
No Show and Fee Policy:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
The full 100% session fee will be charged for no-show appointments.
Arrival Expectations:
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.
Late Arrival Policy:
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session will be rescheduled, and the cancellation fee will be applied.
The session time will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals.
Informed Consent:
Prior to any service, clients will be provided with an informed consent form that outlines the nature of the services and any potential risks or benefits.
Clients are required to read and sign the informed consent form before proceeding with the service.
